DESIGN 07 UTS Graduate Design Show

Welcome

The School of Design is one of the most established and longest running Schools of Design in Australia. Graduates from all four design courses: Fashion & Textiles, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, and Interior Design, have developed renowned careers throughout the world. These careers were all initially showcased in the graduate exhibitions held over the years. Creativity, innovation, and excellence in design will again be showcased at Design 07.

Students from across the four courses are exhibiting their work from their major project, and the diversity and thoughtfulness of the solutions will be clearly demonstrated. The relationship of practice and theory is also evident together with the critical analysis and interdisciplinary nature of their education - framed in a school structure that is unique in Australia that incorporates this particular mix of design disciplines within one school.

The Event

Explore the major projects of the School of Design's four Bachelor of Design courses. Each project reflects the complexities of the design process. The results have been developed through research, iterative methodologies and critical thinking.
